Introduction To Beekeeping Long Course- March 2018

March: 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th  | 6 pm - 8:30 pm                                                                March: 31st | 9 am - 12 pm (Depending on weather)  

(Registration will open 45 days before the first class)

Our in-depth long course takes place Thursday nights and the last Saturday morning in the month of March. Each session will cover different topics: history, biology, equipment, honey extracting, hive management, and more. The Saturday session features a hands on portion in the bee yard. No experience or materials required. The day ends in the bee yard with a hands on hive check. Safety gear is provided, but you are welcome to bring your own suit and gloves if preferred.
