This sweet honey heat is sure to add an addictive zangy sting to your favorite foods! This honey is infused over time before its bottled to really give you a great PUNCH of flavor! Our hot honey is perfect on pizza, BBQ, buttered biscuits, grilled veggies, salmon, chicken & waffles, cheeseboards, brats and more! Ingredients: Pure Honey and Cayenne Pepper This hot honey is medium on the spicy scale. Raw honey will crystallize sooner than pasteurized honey. This doesn't affect the flavor, safety, or health benefits - it's perfectly good to eat once it gets crunchy. If you don't like the texture, simply put it in a barely-simmering water bath until the crystals melt.
Warning: honey should not be consumed by children under 12 months old.
